Brad serves as the Vice President of Outreach for Purple Heart Homes (PHH). PHH is a 501c3 public charity that seeks to improve the lives of service-connected disabled Veterans through critical home repair, home ownership, tiny homes and rentals. It is the goal of Purple Heart Homes to see that every Veteran has a safe place to call home. In his role at PHH, Brad has four lines of effort, outreach to donors, communities, Veterans and the employees of Purple Heart Homes. 

Brad has served 18 years in the Army Reserve as chaplain in a variety of units to include 3rd Special Forces Group and as an instructor at the US Army Chaplain Center and School.  He deployed to Iraq in 2009-2010. Brad has been married to his wife Tammy for 30 amazing years and they have two adult children, Tori and Jack. Brad loves to ride his bicycle with his friends, fly fish, and hike in the mountains of NC.
